Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at outdoorelement.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Orders are generally processed within 1 – 2 business days from receipt and confirmation of your order. We will attempt to contact you if there needs to be an extended delay.

All orders are shipped FOB Origin (generally Colorado), which means once we confirm shipment, responsibility and liability for goods in transit transfer to you, the customer. We are committed to do what we can to help track shipments and ensure each customer safely receives their ordered product. For added protection, please include Dollar Defense, our shipment protection plan, to cover damaged or lost shipments.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping is generally via USPS and is free to you if your net product cost exceeds the stated threshold. We do reserve the right to ship with other carriers as we sit fit. Transit times are usually between 1 and 5 days depending on the route and distance from origin. Orders are generally shipped from Colorado. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are working on providing more shipping options as we grow. If you need an order expedited and don’t see your desired option, please contact us at sales@outdoorelement.com.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses must utilize USPS, which is our default shipping method.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Outdoor Element is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are happy to help if we can with this process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We ship all over the world, generally through our parcel broker who mainly utilizes each countries’ postal services. Some routes may have full destination and delivery tracking while others may only have tracking up to receipt in the destination country. You are responsible for the duties and import fees that may be imposed within your country. Outdoor Element is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
