I picked this up last year and have been taking it with me for all of my backpacking trips. It is my back-up to my lighter for starting my stove (Pocket Rocket). It works so well that I ended up using it instead of my lighter. I'll bring this along instead of emergency matches and it's held up great so far!

Great Little Tool

The Firebiner is a great little tool for your backpack or belt loop. Very lightweight and functional. It just works. This is a very useful tool to have on the trail or at the campsite. Worth the price. Great gear from a great company. Love all my Outdoor Element gear!

I sometimes forget tools but never the car keys

This one goes wonderfully along with my car keys, flute, pen and fire patron. They're all black and silvery in contrast, so it is cosmetically crowning besides the minimalistic rest. Works well too for 'necessary' occasions! I sometimes forget tools but never the car keys as i won't abandon the keys (obviously) during my endeavors outside. Be clever, responsible and gentle, and this simple tool will aid you well. Especially once you've made fire and are ready to eat and need a cold drink ;)

Awesome little tool, I picked mine up back during the kickstarter campaign it's held up great with daily use with my keys. I occasionally use the line cutter for breaking zipties. I haven't had to use it to survive but I'm sure it will work I keep a spare with my camping gear.

Great for Pocket Carry

This is a great accessory for your feather knife. I prefer to pocket carry my Flicker Feather and this works great...just like all the other Outdoor Element gear I own.

A little goes a long way

This is a great fire starter. It catches a spark easily. It does not burn for a long time, but it is enough to ignite a wax and cotton firestarter. I believe it is designed to catch the spark, which it does well. This bag will last a long time.

Fiber Light burns a solid 3–5 minutes, even in the snow, so you shouldn’t need a second firestarter to get things going. Glad it’s earning a spot in your kit. Explore with confidence!

Convenience is key on the trail

This is a great little set for on the trail or at camp. Fits about anywhere. Works as a plate for uneven surfaces. Put it on a rock, a stump, some pine needles. Convenient to have a toothbrush right there.

Love that setup! Nothing like brushing your teeth with a view. You’re living that camp-life pro level—rock table and all! Appreciate you taking it on the trail.
