30-Day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite what you expected. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

Products purchased directly from outdoorelement.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement, provided they are unused and in new condition.

Return Guidelines

  • Products must be unused and in new condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Outdoor Element is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact contact@outdoorelement.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions for sending your product back.
