 Dollar Defense covers the following scenarios:

 Damaged item

• Product will be replaced if it arrives damaged such that it is not usable for its intended purpose or if the damage is readily noticeable and significantly detracts from the overall aesthetics of the product.

 Lost item

• Product does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time and therefore can be reasonably considered lost. This would generally be 2 weeks after last tracking scan for domestic USA shipments and 6 weeks after last tracking scan for international shipments.
